One application serves 56 hubs at once, and a hub can only ever see its own data — a separation enforced at the database layer rather than merely hidden in the interface. The reports get the most use: a librarian needs to know which books sit idle and who is overdue, not a catalogue listing. The figures on these screens come from a demo organisation whose names have been anonymised.
