936 unique jemaah, deduped from 1,465 departure records going back to 2014, sat in a spreadsheet nobody reopened once a trip ended. Now every past traveller gets scored for follow-up — welcome-back for the long-since-returned, bring-your-group for the ones whose history shows they recruit — each with a WhatsApp button templated differently for the category.
